Twice per year in April and October, Drug Free St. Lucie participates in the National effort to prevent medication misuse, prescription drug misuse, and the misuse of drugs by limiting availability in homes, which will reduce unintentional injury/poisoning, drug issues, and overdoes. Our Drug Take Back event will take place on Saturday, April 27th, 10:00 am -2:00 pm, at Jackson Drugs, 2301 Okeechobee Rd, Fort Pierce.
Bring your expired or unused prescription medications to the event for safe disposal or stop by to pick up a Deterra Drug Deactivation Kit for safe home disposal and a locking prescription medication vial.
